What Young Guys Say About Modesty

Modesty isn’t dead.  It isn’t ancient culture.  It’s biblical and it’s concept does not fade with culture and time.  It’s encouraging to know that mothers are still teaching their sons and sons are passing it on to their own generation.  Here are some guys’ thoughts.  Check it out.  Be encouraged.  Be changed for the glory of God.

I’ve seen this before. So many of these boys need to put less responsibility on girls to be modest and more responsibility on themselves to not look at girls like they are pieces of meat.

I agree. And I think the guys generally think so too (at least the Harris boys). It definitely goes both ways. But we are not helping when we just think it’s our “freedom” to do as we please without regard to others, in this case, the other gender. I’m a woman myself. I was a teenage once upon a time not too long ago. Don’t be defensive about it. Be challenged to glorify God.
